Pastor Bruce Barker
Senior Pastor
Pastor Barker has been in the ministry for over twenty years. He and his wife Melissa, along with their three children, have served at FBBC since August 2003. He is originally from Rockford, MI, and she is from Murfreesboro, TN. They met at Pensacola Christian College and were married in 1990. After receiving his master's degree in 1992, Pastor Barker served on the staff of Campus Church. While serving as the visitation and singles pastor, God called him to become the senior pastor of Faith Bible Baptist Church and the administrator of Faith Christian School.

Pastor Zeth Hicks
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Hicks grew up in a Christian home in the state of Tennessee. Through the influence of godly parents and teachers, he accepted Christ at the age of nine. Since that time, the Lord guided him to serve in full-time ministry. At Pensacola Christian College, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry as well as a Master of Divinity. While at college, Zeth met his wife Kaitlin, who also has a bachelor's and a master’s degree in Education. They were married in December 2018. Zeth serves in many aspects of the ministry, including youth ministries, outreach, teaching Bible, and stage design.
